In addition, we provide management consulting, smart automation, and M&A strategies that help small and medium-sized businesses secure talent, expand markets, and strengthen core competencies for growth and profitability.

As a professor at the Vietnam National University of Economics (NEU) and the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies (IPS), I share management innovation and Korean corporate strategies in Korea and Vietnam, suggest development directions together, and advise Korean companies advancing into the Vietnamese market and companies attracting overseas investment in Hanoi, Vietnam.
